San Diego is a great place to live!
The weather rocks, about 23degrees in the day with enough sun to keep you warm, but not enough to make your perspire. In the night, it gets to about 16-17degrees, the whole city is like air conditioned. HEAVEN~
Didn't suffer from jet lag, thank God. Probably cuz I slept thru all 16 hours of the flight, which is definitely a good thing because the NWA flight attendants are just beyond scary and fierce.
Went to Carlsbad Premium Outlets yesterday and did a bit of shopping at the GAP outlet. The BF bought 2 tops at USD8, yes 8bucks for BOTH! I bought about 4 tops (I think) at USD30, which is pretty good and 2 pairs of shoes from NineWest~ Coach was a sore disappointment, didn't see anything that caught my fancy..
Today was Mall shopping day. Was trying to fulfill my friends' (yes, you) shopping list. Managed to get janjan's bath&body works hand soaps and a few victorias secrets stuff for shelia and other gals~ Forever 21 is SO MUCH cheaper over here, I'm planning to go back next week. Wetseal is like the poorer cousin of F21, with the messy layout, less than satisfactory quality clothings and the dodgy changing rooms. They should stick to online retailing.
Didn't go into Hollister and Abercrombie cuz they are not my style. Did sneak a peak at the Abercrombie's huge poster of hot models though.haha
The highlight of the day is of course .... KRISPY KREMES!
I took pics of the whole donut making process, like a stupid and ignorant tourist but I DONT CARE. They even gave us free samples , must be my drooling face.
We bought back 1 1/2 dozens to eat over the next few days. Will go and buy some more when we're heading back home~ Maybe about 3 dozens? Hope it's gonna be enough for you gals! muacks
now i know why xiuying said she could live in san diego..
i love love love it. sigh, regret not extending the trip. crap.
ok, off to bed, it's Universal Studio day tomorrow~ love love
